These seven mixed-media pieces represent a playful yet thoughtful deconstruction of minimalism. The painting on the photographs provides space or creates lines where needed, either rejecting the figures by reducing them to their essential structure or giving shape and movement to abstraction. Viewed as separate works of art, the drawnings and photographs evoke the same sense of geometry and space, acting as complementary representations of a single composition.
